You will inspire and lead a team of 5 people, driving performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

• As a passionate ambassador of the American Vintage style and excellent customer service, you embrace challenges and exceed the targets set.
• You ensure a personalised and digital customer experience, with a strong focus on customer loyalty and new customer acquisition.
• You analyse performance indicators and develop targeted action plans to optimise results.

• With a strong eye for detail, you embody the brand’s style.
• You ensure compliance with the merchandising strategy and maintain the boutique’s impeccable appearance.
• As an experienced manager, you are responsible for stock accuracy and the efficient organisation of back-office activities, including performance analysis and schedule optimisation.

• You motivate and engage your team from the very start of the day.
• You support the onboarding, training and development of your team members.
• You build an engaged, united and high-performing team through transparent communication and a strong team spirit.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Proven experience in store management.
• A strong passion for products and fashion.
• Adaptability, flexibility and natural curiosity, combined with an authentic and creative personality.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
