We are looking for a talented First seller (M/F) to join our Outlet network and support the development of our brand. Based in our Kildare Outlet boutique alongside Alexandra, Store Manager, you play a key role within the team. 

As a senior sales associate, you are expected to lead by example on the shop floor, embodying the brand’s values and setting the standard in terms of service and performance.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Drive sales & customer experience

• Deliver a personalized and engaging customer experience
• Achieve sales targets and build customer loyalty
• Act as a role model in selling techniques and client approach

2. Ensure brand image & merchandising

• Maintain high store standards and follow visual merchandising guidelines
• Guarantee an attractive and well-organized sales floor
• Represent the brand with excellence and attention to detail

3. Support operations & team

• Handle stock operations (delivery, replenishment, inventory)
• Ensure smooth product flow between stockroom and floor
• Support daily team organization alongside management
