We’re looking for a passionate and talented team member to join our store on Rambla de Catalunya in Barcelona. 

Working alongside our team, you’ll play an active role in bringing the American Vintage experience to life and contributing to the store’s success.

1. Make every sale an experience

• Passionate about fashion, our collections and the American Vintage aesthetic, you thrive on challenges and are motivated by achieving your sales targets.

• You create a memorable, personalized customer journey, combining genuine human connection with digital tools to attract new customers and build lasting loyalty.

2. Bring the brand to life

• With a strong eye for detail, you embody the American Vintage spirit and ensure the store consistently reflects our identity, from its overall appearance to the quality of the customer experience.

• You contribute to the visual presentation of the collections and merchandising, following the guidelines and recommendations of our dedicated team.

3. Contribute to a seamless stock experience

• You take an active role in managing the product flow, from receiving deliveries through to end-of-season returns.

• You keep the stockroom organized and support inventory operations to ensure an efficient and well-managed store.

• A first experience in retail is a plus.
• You have a distinctive and inspiring personal style.
• You enjoy creating genuine, lasting relationships with your customers and making every interaction meaningful.
• You thrive in a dynamic, fashion-driven environment where ambition and challenge are part of everyday life.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required for this position.
