Aufgabe
Join our point of sale at De Bijenkorf, Dam 1, Amsterdam, as a Store Manager and play an active role in its development. You will lead and support a team of 4 people.
Your responsibilities:
1. Drive commercial performance
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement and turn targets into clear, actionable goals.
- Be present on the shop floor and adapt your approach to customer and business needs.
2. Represent the American Vintage identity
- Act as a brand ambassador for both customers and your team.
- Ensure the collections are presented attractively and consistently.
- Oversee stock, product availability, merchandising and the overall organisation of the store.
3. Develop your team
- Support, coach and motivate each team member according to their strengths and development needs.
- Provide regular feedback and encourage autonomy and confidence.
- Create a positive, collaborative and accountable team environment.

Profil
- Proven experience managing a retail store and driving team performance.
- Strong interest in fashion and products, with an eye for attractive and inspiring merchandising.
- Adaptable, curious and energetic, with a creative and authentic approach.
- Fluent in both English and Dutch.
