In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the store’s success by supporting performance, inspiring collaboration, and helping drive the team forward every day.

Your role includes:

• Lead by example on the sales floor and deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Drive sales, KPIs and store performance with a hands-on mindset
• Support daily operations: Visual Merchandising, stock, deliveries and store standards
• Coach and motivate the team while sharing the brand’s values
• Be a reliable partner to the Store Manager in day-to-day leadership
