1. Drive Commercial Performance

- Analyze key commercial KPIs (turnover, average basket, conversion rate, etc.)
- Implement effective action plans to boost results
2. Ensure Operational Excellence of the Store
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising
- Ensure the store is always presented to an impeccable standard (cleanliness, organization)
- Oversee back-office operations: stock management, inventories, deliveries, replenishment
- Apply and enforce internal procedures
- Manage administrative tasks (cash handling, bank deposits, HR follow-up, recruitment)
- Use and master digital management tools
3. Lead and Develop Your Team
- Manage, train and support your team
- Develop both individual and team skills

Profile
You have a successful first experience in the ready-to-wear industry.
Always attentive to your surroundings, you are an inspiring person for your team, with a natural sense of leadership.
You have a strong business mindset and are customer service–oriented.
Fluency in English is required for this position.
