Mission

We're looking for talented people to join our teams and develop our brand. 

Come and join Mariana, Store Manager and support them in their day-to-day responsibilities while contributing to the success of the shop in  C. de Fernando VI, 3,  28004 Madrid. 

The team is made up of 5 people.   

As your manager's right-hand man, you are ready to:

    2. Pay attention to the details of your shop

  • Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and maintain high store standards.
  • Manage back-office operations and key processes (inventory, deliveries, replenishment, stock management, etc.).
  • Support your manager with leadership and operational responsibilities.
  • Effectively use and manage digital tools.


    3. Learn, develop and inspire your team

  • Support team training and skills development
  • Share the brand’s values and DNA through your daily actions.
  • Continuously strengthen your product knowledge and expertise.
  • Foster team engagement through collaboration, transparency, and mutual support.

Profile

You have a first successful experience in the ready-to-wear world. 

Always ready to listen to what's going on around you, you're an inspirational team player with natural leadership qualities.  

You have a flair for business and are customer service-oriented. 

English is mandatory.
