Assistant Store Manager 40 hours - Full time

Born in the South of France in 2005, American Vintage is a French fashion brand inspired by the American wardrobe and its effortless, timeless spirit. As we continue to grow in the US, we’re excited to create a new Assistant Store Manager position at our Stanford location.

You’ll join Alex, our Store Manager, and a team of 4, playing a key role in supporting the store’s success and helping the team grow.

As the Store Manager’s right hand, you will:

1. Drive sales & deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Deliver a personalized, elevated customer experience
• Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers
• Take on sales challenges and work toward achieving store goals
• Monitor key performance indicators and turn insights into action

2. Keep the store running at its best

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Oversee back-of-house operations, including inventory, deliveries, replenishment and stock management
• Support the Store Manager with daily management responsibilities
• Make the most of our digital tools and systems

3.Lead, grow & embody our brand

• Support the training and development of the team
• Help build a strong, engaged and customer-focused team
• Lead by example and support your teammates
• Share and embody the American Vintage values and brand DNA
• Continuously develop your product and fashion knowledge
• Communicate openly and contribute to a positive team environment
• Bring ambition, energy and a drive to go further every day

INDAMV

• You have at least 2 years of successful retail experience.
• Always ready to listen to what's going on around you, you're an inspirational team player with natural leadership qualities.  
• You have a flair for business and are customer service-oriented. 

• You are legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• English is mandatory.
