In this role, you will:

• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement action plans to continuously improve results

2. Focus on every detail of your store

• Follow visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Ensure smooth back-office operations and compliance with processes (inventory, deliveries, restocking, stock management, etc.)
• Support administrative tasks with the head office (recruitment, HR, cashiering, banking, etc.)
• Manage and leverage digital tools effectively

3. Learn and share knowledge with enthusiasm

• Train and develop your team’s skills
• Communicate the brand’s values and DNA
• Continuously expand your product expertise

4. Live our values and foster team commitment

• Build, engage, and strengthen team loyalty
• Demonstrate solidarity and support your colleagues
• Uphold our values through transparent and open communication

You bring at least 3 years of proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, successfully leading teams and driving business results.
You are attentive, proactive, and a natural leader, motivating your team and fostering a positive, high-performing environment.
You have strong business sense and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, while Catalan is a strong advantage.
