Sales Assistant 20h - Substitucion

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our American Vintage team at Illa Diagonal in Barcelona as a temporary replacement for an employee currently absent. The duration of the assignment is not yet determined and may evolve depending on the employee’s return date.

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the store’s performance by delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets and representing the American Vintage brand.

Your main responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Experience

• Welcome and advise customers with a personalized approach.
• Develop customer loyalty and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Share your passion for the American Vintage collections and provide a high-quality shopping experience.

Brand Ambassador & Merchandising

• Represent the American Vintage image and ensure a welcoming, well-maintained store environment.
• Apply visual merchandising guidelines and contribute to the presentation of the collections.
• Ensure the sales floor reflects our brand standards at all times.

Stock Management

• Receive deliveries and support the full product lifecycle, from delivery to end-of-season returns.
• Keep the stockroom organized and support inventory management.
• Ensure products are available on the sales floor and properly replenished.

A first experience in retail of minimum 1 year would be appreciated.

You have a strong and inspiring personal style.

You are able to build and maintain unique relationships with your clients.

You enjoy working in a dynamic, fashion-driven environment where challenge is key.

Fluency in English, Spanish and Catalan is required for this position.
