For our Palo Alto store at Stanford Shopping Center, we’re looking for a passionate Store Leader to drive performance, elevate the customer experience, and inspire their team every day.

• Analyze performance indicators and implement resulting action plans

• Respect visual merchandising guidelines and store cleanliness 
• Ensure back-office management and compliance with processes (inventory, deliveries, restocking, stock, etc.) 
• Participate in administrative tasks with the head office (recruitment, HR, cashier, banking, etc.)
• Manage our digital tools 

• Train and develop the skills of your team

• Continuously develop your product knowledge 

• Build, federate and develop the loyalty of your team

You have a first successful experience in retail. 

You're always ready to listen to what's going on around you, and you're a natural leader who inspires your team.  

You have a flair for business and are customer service oriented. 

English is mandatory.
