As Assistant Store Manager, you work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, support operations, and engage the team.

You are ready to: 

Drive performance and customer experience

• Deliver a personalized and high-quality customer journey

• Build strong relationships and contribute to the achievement of sales targets

• Monitor KPIs and support action plans to improve store performance

Ensure operational excellence

• Apply visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation

• Manage back-office activities: stock, deliveries, replenishment and inventory

• Support the Store Manager in daily organization and use of digital tools

Support team and brand development

• Contribute to team training and skill development

• Share product knowledge and embody the brand’s values and DNA

• Foster a positive, collaborative team spirit and support collective success

You have a first successful experience in ready-to-wear retail and feel comfortable in a fast-paced store environment.

Naturally attentive to what’s happening around you, you are a true team player with an inspiring mindset and a clear sense of leadership.

Spanish and English are required to succeed in this role
