Sales Assistant 24h - Permanent contract

We are looking for a talented and passionate team member to join our point of sale at Coal Drops Yard, Stable Street, London N1C 4AB, and contribute to the development of our brand alongside Adrian, our Store Manager, and the rest of the team.

• Deliver a personalized and digital customer experience, with a strong focus on attracting new customers and building long-term loyalty.

2. Be a true brand ambassador

• With a strong eye for detail, you embody the American Vintage spirit by maintaining an impeccable store environment and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Use our digital tools to support merchandising activities and ensure that the store consistently follows the guidelines provided by our dedicated team.

3. Support stock management

• Take part in the full product lifecycle, from receiving deliveries to end-of-season returns.
• Keep the stockroom organized and contribute to inventory management and stock-related operations.

• A first experience in retail or customer service would be appreciated.
• You have a strong personal style and a genuine interest in fashion.
• You are passionate about building meaningful and lasting relationships with customers.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic, fashion-driven environment where challenges inspire you to go further.
• Fluency in English is required for this position.
