Supervisor 30h - Permanent contract

As American Vintage continues to grow and strengthen its presence in Barcelona, we are creating a new Supervisor (Senior Sales Associate) position within our Rambla store.

Join Joaquin and his team and take on a new challenge, supporting the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales performance and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

As a key member of the team, you'll lead by example on the shop floor, support daily operations and contribute to achieving sales targets.

1. Lead by example and drive sales

• Deliver a unique and personalized customer experience.
• Build genuine relationships with customers and develop customer loyalty.
• Lead by example on the shop floor and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to action plans to improve results.

2. Ensure the smooth running of the store

• Support the Store Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Ensure the store meets our Visual Merchandising standards and maintains a high level of presentation.
• Oversee stock management, deliveries, replenishment and back-office organization.
• Ensure company procedures and digital tools are properly used.

3. Support, inspire and develop the team

• Guide and support Sales Associates in their daily activities.
• Share your product knowledge and help develop the team's sales skills.
• Pass on the brand's values and DNA through your attitude and commitment.
• Foster a positive team spirit built on collaboration, trust and shared ambition.

#AMERICANVINTAGE

• You have previous experience in the ready-to-wear industry of minimum 2 years.
• A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills, you know how to take initiative, support your colleagues and lead by example.
• You have a strong commercial mindset and are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Fluency in English, Catalan and Spanish is required.
